All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure heavy-duty box. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and a step-by-step assembly guide are included with every order.
What is your return policy if the bike isn't the right fit?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with the fit or performance, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in 'like-new' condition.
Do your bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a lifetime warranty for the original owner. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do I determine which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer financing options for high-end models?

When should I bring my new bike in for its first service?
We recommend a professional tune-up after your first 100 miles or 30 days of riding. This allows for the adjustment of cable stretch and ensures all bolts remain torqued to factory specifications after the initial break-in period.
